What is a Service Call?

A Service Call is a fee that is charged for one of our Guru’s coming out to your location to perform a service or provide you with a quote.

Do you offer warranties on your work?

If the Guru on site sells, installs, or repairs equipment, he may offer a 90 limited warranty on parts at his discretion.

How long will it take the Guru to arrive to my location?

All of our Guru’s will call you with an estimated time of arrival upon verifying the location of service with you.

What are your business hours?

Locksmith Guru is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to ensure all of our customers are taken care of no matter the time of day.

Can I pay for the services over the phone?

Of course, all of our Guru’s are equipped with card processors to take debit or credit for your convenience.

What documentation do I need to provide to get service?

Automotive

  • Driver’s License and vehicle registration

Residential / Commercial

  • Driver’s License and proof of occupancy

Can I call and request services for someone else?

Yes, just provide contact info for them so our Guru’s are able to find them once they arrive on site.

Is there a fee for cancelling my service?

The service fee for a Guru driving to your location is $19. In the event of you canceling prior to the arrival of our Guru, no fee is due. However, if the Guru has already arrived on site at the time of the cancellation, he will request a $19 service call.

Can I schedule services for a future date?

Of course, you can call and schedule an appointment anytime.
